I provide tracking information and insurance on all shipments. If merchandise arrives damaged, contact me for instructions, and I will file a claim.

ARTWORK:

• Original artwork is guaranteed (by me) and may be returned or exchanged by contacting me for instructions

• Custom orders can not be returned.

• Prints are guaranteed by the manufacturer for quality and against damage. Please photograph the art print, packaging, and any problem areas and email them to me at jane@halfbakedart.com. I will have the printing company replace your order ASAP. Please do not discard the damaged item.

EPOXY RESIN:

• All purchases are final

• Contact me with problems with your order

• All epoxy resin is classified as HAZMAT (hazardous materials) and may not be returned.

• If your order is damaged during shipping, photograph the damaged package and contents and email them to me. I will file an insurance claim with the postal carrier for reimbursement.
